19 February, 2003 - First Car show with the 1962, the St. Petersburg, Fl "Bugs on the Pier".  The car gathered allot of attention as the un-restored look is popular at the moment.  I drove to Valdosta and hooked up with raymond and Mike from Foreign Policy and cruised down to the show.  we slept in the Wall-Mart parking lot.  What a weekend.  This show got the 62 in the VW Trend magazine though, I will post those pictures as soon as they are available.
